Mediocre Service and Support

Had them install a 12kwh system. First the good. The installation is nice. The wiring and look is professional. Now the bad. They didn't return calls to confirm the installation time, they forgot to call for the inspection and just showed up, they left a lot of trash, cigarette butts, screws, and electrical waste where they were working, I requested they not post a picture of my install but they did, and currently I have a panel out after less than a month and state they are too busy to come out and fix it despite being told they would have it fixed in a week, and I had to tell them there was a problem despite being told they would constantly monitor the system. So, I am a little concerned about what value their warranty means if they can't help fix my system after 7 days when it's been less than 30 days of the install.

To our customer: We apologize for falling short of your expectations and our own. Taking a week to contact you to schedule the service visit is unacceptable. We have changed our scheduling process to avoid delays in the future. Also unacceptable is trash being left at the work site, especially since we pride ourselves on being “the cleanest crew in New England”. Recent staff changes have addressed that problem. A data entry error when you withdrew your permission for us to use photos of your solar resulted in the photo of your system being posted online. We understand your frustration on all these points, and will do everything in our power to win back your trust while providing you with decades of trouble-free solar.
