I spoke to several companies about solar panels and felt the SEW gave me the best prices with the most options and the best guarantee. The company was great about following up and keeping us in the loop of what was happening. The only issue that arose, involved poor communication between our roofing company and the solar company, which later lead to warranty issues with our new roof. However, SEW followed up immediately and the owners called me to offer a fix at no charge. So despite anything that went wrong, their customer service was excellent.
