Very poor customer service

After having installed 6KW of solar panels and a Fronius inverter on my commercial building we immediately started having problems with the inverter tripping out. My electrician would reset it and call Fronius to report the trouble number on the digital panel. He would usually have to be on hold an average of 30 minutes to get a tech on the phone. Over the next 6 months Fronius shipped us replacement parts for inside the inverter and finally sent one of their service techs to our building. He did not know how to correct the problem and said he would consult with some of their engineers. Needless to say, after numerous emails back and forth and them saying they were working on it we finally changed out the inverter to another brand which has been working great. We gave them 6 months to correct the problem and they couldn't figure it out. I'm really puzzled that for the money we spent they have really lousy follow up. I would be very cautious about buying this product.
