Full disclosure: I work for Auric Solar. But I finally got around to getting my own system, and it was great to see how the process works all the way through. Fantastic job from start to finish! Even the roofing contractor that Auric recommended (Shingle Pro) did a beautiful job. System has been up and running for 2 weeks and is cranking out energy like gangbusters! We will take care of you!<br /><br />Definitely 5 starts for "after sale support".....since that's my job. So, mad props to ME I suppose.

And then one week later: 32 people laid off by Auric without warning due to "cash flow problems." In other words: Auric is hemorrhaging money. The company's owners are doing installs now. Drowning in debt. Bear this in mind when they tell you about that "25 year warranty." Unbelievable. What a difference a week can make.
