The only issue: It seemed as though some of the guys doing the insulation work missed a few gaps. When we noticed these gaps, they were happy to fix them though.<br /><br />There were also some hiccups in the scheduling process--the work ended up being completed several months later than we had originally hoped--but partly this was due to roofing issues at our house and partly it was due to the installers being busy. We did not mind these delays, and Envinity was always responsive.<br />We were glad to use Envinity because they are local and knowledgeable and friendly. They handled all of the paperwork for the various utility, state rebate, and SREC programs.
