Bad customer service, lied multiple times

Have had two bad experiences with them. First time their Sales Rep outright lied to me and refused to answer my questions via email, my guess because he didnt want proof of his lying. <br /><br />After I got a lease with them on the first system, again based on him lying to me, met with their rep to 'expand' my system and was told it has to be a different system. Fine, so I decide to move forward with a loan, 'We are designing your system, you should hear from us in a week', its been about 6 weeks, the very few responses I have got are like pulling teeth and then follow ups are non existent.<br /><br />Beware.
