I just found out that ASD sold my account to another company that's why the final activation was left in limbo. Now the new company needs to process my account with them so it will take couple more weeks. It has been 9 weeks since my panels were installed.<br />Watch out for ASD salesman (especially Jason Hernandez)!!! VERY BAD COMPANY!
