we were thrilled with the entire installation process the first time around and were a bit worried when we had to have the panels removed for a renovation project. However, from the quick turnaround on the panel removal to the reworked panel configuration to the final hook up, the DES Team leaders kept me involved and up to speed with phone calls, emails and personal meetings. We are back on line and everything is working and drawing power as if we never changed a thing. Making that initial phone call to have the analysis done was one of the best moves we have ever made to reduce our carbon footprint and set an example for our children.
