Brendan Sullivan went above and beyond the normal call of duty. He was there every step of the way, answering questions and helping us out. We had some scheduling changes because of weather, but he helped us work through them. He even showed up to turn the panels on for us when we got Permission to operate! Will be recommending everyone I can to Vivint
