The initial salesman was "helpful." After that it was all downhill. I had to arrange for my own inspection when I couldn't reach Vivint. It took months to finally get the whole installation complete. Then it took eight (8) months before Vivint finally got organized enough to get me the Permit to Operate. Three individuals promised me compensation for that time without solar as originally promised. I have spent almost one year trying to receive an explanation about what happened and waiting for some small compensation that was promised at the beginning of this debacle. Every few months I finally reach someone only to discover that my last "customer service" contact isn't working there any longer. A few folks have been decent but can't do anything. I was even asked why I wanted the name of the supervisor and the president of the company! I was told last year, sorry but your project must've gotten lost in our reorganization. I believe in solar, just not this unresponsive, evasive, unorganized company .
