Never saw or heard from salesman after the sale to follow up on the promises he made or even to see if I had any referrals. He also didn't tell me that the fed tax rebate wont cover self employment tax, that really screwed me at tax time not knowing that! The installers showed up when they said they would but had to come back two more times to get it right. The company couldn't even get my info right to claim a rebate offered by utility co. So far I think the system is ok but I can't recommend the company.
