We recently switched from an internet modem to a Jetpack for our internet service and were unable to connect the TP-link to record our solar output. The company sent someone out and it was taken care of in just a few minutes. At the same time we got an inspection of the equipment on the roof. After the recent harsh winter, its good to know all is working properly.<br />Maureen Wiltrout
