I have several complaints about this company.<br /><br />1. The first electrician they sent left a terrible mess and made it so we can't open our circuit breaker box<br />2. The first set of installers installed the inverter in the worst possible location without asking me. When I asked them to move it, they told me that they would in a few weeks after the inspections. I withheld payment until they fixed it and then they decided they needed to come out immediately.<br />3. The monitoring isn't working. When my husband called about it, they let us know that 2 panels weren't working and that they would be out in a couple of weeks to fix it.<br />4. My husband took a half day off from work to wait for them to come and fix the panels. They never showed up. When he called them about it, they said they got held up and instead of coming soon, they rescheduled us for the end of the line more than 2 weeks later.<br />5. I called to complain about being put off so far. They told me there was nothing they could do about it. I asked to talk to a supervisor. I was told he was busy and would call me within the hour. It is now more than 24 hours later and I have had no call.<br />6. I called again the following day to ask to be put earlier in the schedule. Again, I was told they couldn't do earlier than 2 weeks. I wish I had payment that I could withhold. They might get out here sooner. I have asked to be called back by a supervisor. Rather than a timely call-back, I have been told to call them if I didn't hear back from them in a couple of days. What? They really have this many unhappy customers that they don't have time to call them all back for several days? Really?<br />7. End result: It has been 2 months since our install. I have 2 panels not working. The monitoring isn't working. I still cannot open my breaker box. We are going on 5 weeks until my husband will have to take another day off from work for them to hopefully show up.<br /><br />Ridiculous!!!
