My panels are up and working (it took 10 months)<br />Quality of inverter, panels and all materials used looks OK and well installed.<br /><br />But the service this company provides is TERRIBLE..<br />A lot of turnover, they hardly answer phone calls or emails, I jump from one person to another to "try" to fix problems, and you got the feeling you been lied to.<br />it is just a pain.<br /><br />I had a situation in where I was "sold" into a pkg in where the financing had some skip 12 terms, what I agreed and SING, but they placed me on a different financing pkg without my conscent and I'm still fighting a +$1500 USD fight that I'm not willing to pay for their mistake.<br /><br />I'm not happy overall with my experience and I DO NOT RECOMEND NEW SUN ENERGIES!!<br />There are many other companies out there thay will put the customer service first.
