If only there was a zero star option. Worst company EVER!!! They have been nothing but problems since the beginning. I was promised a prompt install that got delayed due to their error. A representative confessed what happened then another rep back tracked and said that story was false. The install date, when it did happen, was an absolute joke not even bringing everyone needed to complete the job to the home. So instead I was told it would be another 2 weeks before the electrical would be complete. Yet I had to take another day off work to be present to let them in my home. Whew finally installed, but wait then they sat as a $20k roof ornament waiting of one thing after another. While waiting the systems started chipping. That's right the paint was peeling and my system was not even active!! Send a tech to fix it, take another day off and sit at home all day long because they did not tell the tech I was there waiting so he was HOURS after the appointment time. Only to be told I wasn't required to be there. One hang up after another, one lie to cover another lie, one employee who was "helping" no longer with the company after another. In the span of 3 months I had THREE different project managers, each telling lies trying to cover the lies of the past. Great now the system is on and they are requesting final payment. Great send me a bill. What do I get? A document that says "total due $10,XXX". I ask for a detailed bill and get told its a legal issue to provide me with an itemized bill!!!! Are you kidding me??? Every place on the planet provides a detailed bill but yet they cannot or will not. What are they not wanting me to see??? OH and icing on the cake I asked "what if I just told you to get your panels so I can be done with the company?" The response "Then you have to pay the cancelation fee" I ask "How much is that?" The response "Well we can't tell you for sure because its different for everyone" <br /><br />THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!
