I went solar with Sunpower/Empower in May 2016. Each part of the team was superb to deal with. There was one glitch, but it was well-handled by my dedicated project manager, Alexandra: when the workers showed up for my installation, they discovered that the wrong panels had been delivered to my house. They contacted whoever needed to fix that, immediately, and asked me if it was okay for them to get all the structural work done, so it would be very quick when the right panels arrived. That was fine with me, so they did their work until they could go no further. The right panels arrived a few days later, along with the crew, who finished the job and cleaned up everywhere very nicely. All has been smooth ever since. I love being solar, and seeing how much carbon I am NOT putting in the atmosphere. The added bonus, of course, is I am paying PSE&G $.36 or $.39 (I just don't recall at the moment) per day for the metering and collection of the excess energy my system generates.
