William at Fire Mountain was very through and took the time to fully explain all of the options and different solutions. There was never any pressure to complete the design and sale until we were fully satisfied with the price. Brad the electrician was extremely knowledgeable on solar systems and always took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and accommodated any requests that we made. He is a true craftsman, his work is second to none. Overall their entire operation from ownership, sales, operation support, and installation is above 5 stars.
