Extremely Lousy Customer Service

After years of thinking about going solar, 1 and half years ago my husband and I finally decided to use Solarcity's product and service, naively believed that big company means that we can count on their services for the long run and, naively believed their claim that they've made substantial improvement on their customer service.<br />On the installation date, the crew showed up and telling my husband that they were out of the originally contract-specified model and had to swap to a different model. They promised that the performance will be similar, but after 1 and half years using these panels, our bills have shown that the production had been below the original projection by about 8% and their billing statements have been unclear and confusing. I contacted the customer services multiple times to ask for an engineer to come out to our house to inspect the system to make sure the system is installed properly per specifications, or connect me to a technical person who can explain to me better why there is such a huge performance deficit, but the representative keeps providing unsatisfactory answers which sound like they're probably from the company's standard scripted answer sheets rather than answering why my system is not delivering the originally projected electricity according to the annual sum.<br />From reading various online reviews I learned that, just like me, frustration of many, many unhappy Solarcity customers are still continuing and unaddressed.
