Ran into a ridiculous number of issues with Sunpower, and eventually with the financing, but Energy Concepts did its part to solve the issues. It was also odd that I had to pull the building permit, but that wasn`t a big deal. My only real problem was communication. They didn`t seem to want to reply to all on an email, so I would often get similar responses from multiple people. Sometimes not all questions I asked in an email were answered. Jon can be hard to get a hold of. Any single issue wasn`t a big deal, but all of it added together made it frustrating.<br />
