We were misled about the 30 percent refund. It's not a refund. You only get tax credit for your purchase. If you owe tax you get no money back. Their pitch is that you get that money to put towards the purchase. It's only a credit.<br />It took them 8 months to get the permit for installation. The utility co. told me it looked like they forgot about us.<br />Be aware they put a lean on your home, so don't plan on refinancing because they won't work with on that. It cost me $3000 more to refinance our home.
