usually you either get good customer service and a bad product or bad customer service and a good product but not with blue raven. I got the whole package with blue raven and even though I'm installed they still call to make sure everything is running to my liking. Long story short I love my system and the company that provided it. I would encourage anyone to go solar with blue raven.
