Once all the paperwork was done, the installation was completed quickly. <br /><br />There were many forms to sign in addition to the contract. They were not well explained and made me question the purchase.<br /><br />Also, I realize that there are people that need constant reminders and prodding but I am not one of them. I do not like being hounded.<br /><br />Lastly, I was not kept informed of the status of the project. Once they started, it was done quickly, but an effort should have been made to keep me informed especially when I was being contacted frequently during the selling stage.<br /><br />So to sum up...recommend more communication and explain the documents you need the customer to sign. Would still recommend.
