We were completely satisfied with the service provided by Solar Liberty. We started the process in the spring of 2016 when we were visited by a sales representative. We were given excellent information and were told that our home would be appropriate for solar panels. Recommendations were made as to what would be the most cost efficient configuration. We had many questions in the months that followed having had the proposal reviewed by our investment adviser and our accountant. All our questions were answered and we decided to proceed with installation. <br />We were assigned to a case manager, Katie Jablonicky who couldn't have been more helpful. She got back to us immediately when we had a question and provided us with all of the information we needed for a successful installation. There were several other technicians who came to our house during the process of installation. All were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of our time. Our system was installed in December, 2016.
