Very knowledgeable, very thorough explanations (taking <br />lots of time, no impatience) and answering our millions <br />of questions on options and doing lots of math; very <br />helpful about all the financial details and forms; <br />Excellent, neat work and cleaned up very well afterwards. <br />Outstanding, highly recommended.<br />Incentives made us feel like doing it immediately was <br />a smart idea, rather than waiting. We`d always wanted PV.<br />As I was futiling trying to collect info from the maze<br />of complexities, technical/finacial/etc, Bob-O`s name came <br />up in multiple places and he managed to explain in all <br />clearly and in enough detail that I could run the numbers <br />for cost and benefit and payback that was satisfactory.<br /><br />There`s too much information out there and not enough of<br />a clear story. PV needs an online calculator...
