I had a couple of bad experiences with solar energy companies. I wanted to try one more time. I went on line to gather information and one name jumped out at me - Green Power Energy. I contacted them and Barry came and spoke about the whole process. In addition to the information Barry gave me, I liked his style of salesmanship. No pressure. This is the way I like to deal with sales issues. I liked what I heard and my wife and I decided to purchase the system through Barry from Green power Energy. There were a couple of points in the contract that I was not happy with. I discussed these with Barry. He went back to the company and resolved them immediately to my satisfaction.The parts were ordered. Stas came and inspected my roof. He also was the crew chief for the installation of the panels. The crew consisted of three young men. They worked in weather that I did not want to go out in. They were extremely polite and professional in their work. We were very happy with what they did. The next step was having electricians come to wire up the system to our house. Again two young guys very polite and professional in their work. We are now waiting for the inspectors to come and check the work. This is part one of my review since we are not at the point of getting our electrical energy from the sun. Everyone should understand that this is a lengthy process. It does not happen over night. We certainly are not disappointed with how long it is taking. The time is well spent in that they are doing a great job.Part two will follow upon the completion of the whole project.
