From the first contact to the present time, we have been pleased with Vivant Solar. Our first company representative, Dustin, has been patient with question after question.... providing answers with additional information if necessary and/or researching an issue when he did not know. Responses were timely and often provided with web links to assist in our own research. When the day finally arrived for installation, we found the crew assigned to us to be friendly, respectful and professional. As the job took a day longer than expected, they went out of their way to accommodate my work schedule. Soon after, we received an e-mail and phone contact from our assigned Company Rep moving forward (Dustin has indicated his desire to remain a contact if needed). We can only assume that the process from this point on will be managed as well.
