I hope your are reading this before you sign a contract with this company! Don't do it, don't call them back. When we got swindled, they sent us a young smooth-talking salesperson who showed up with a nice "deal" and shiny promotional materials. Well, we fell for it. Suckers! They came and installed solar panels and all looked good until the city inspector came by and said they wouldn't be able to switch our power because our main electrical panel was not "in the right place" and our direct line to the city power would have "to be raised." All these needs surfaced after Zero Energy "assessed" our property and moved forward with the project. Then, Zero Energy offers to move our panel for an additional $5,000 "that they can include" in a really bad HERO loan that they arranged. So, here we are with panels on our roof 15 months later, a massive loan and no solar energy because we refuse to pay an additional 5K.<br /><br />Do not do business with this company! They are dishonest and as soon as you complain, no one returns your calls, faxes you documents, or visits your house the way they did when they made the sale. <br /><br />Charlatans!
