I had problems since the first day they installed the system. They were supposed to install a Nest Thermostat as par of the deal but they didn't do it because they didn't have it in stock. Two months later I received an e-mail from customer service saying that they can't give me the thermostat because my A/C unit is not compatible. <br />I have to wait almost two months to use the app because It wasn't working. I tried to contact the sales man, Mr. Ostmann, but I haven't hear from him. This is a scam, they where in Home Depot doing the promotion but once you sign the contract, you are done. This is the worst decision ever. The company is not trustable.
