We have had our solar system operating for about 6 months now and couldn't be happier. The entire Net Solar team has been wonderful to work with. We called them after another solar company caused damage to our home attempting to put in roof top solar system resulting in an aborted installation and a decision to go with a ground mount system. Chad and his team at Net Solar were willing to take over the project, coordinating with the previous company regarding permits and such. The entire team was professional, work was accomplished within expected timelines and they did a beautiful job keeping disruption to a minimum. We hit a snag with permit/zoning and Chad referred us to a specialist who helped us deal with the issue successfully. We hit another snag with our computer/internet provider when trying to connect the system. Louis spent hours helping fix the problem although it turned out to be due to an internet provider problem and had nothing to do with the Solar connection<br />Our panels are working well and we are producing the power we expected. Net Zero has been great about monitoring the system performance. We have gone offline a few times which they caught right away. They have returned to be sure everything is functioning well. <br />I would highly recommend Net Zero - great company-great people.
