This review is based on the sales and installation process with Arizona Solar Wave only. The installation occurred in November so I haven't been able to reap the benefits of the water heater yet. From my first inquiry to the post installation follow up, Arizona Solar Wave has been great to work with. They are professional, courteous and thorough. Simply, they do what they say and when they say. I wish all home improvement companies held the same standards as Brad and his team. They truly care to make your purchase and installation decisions a positive one.
