Zero stars

I only give one star because I can't give zero stars

After using Auric for a year the results are not as promised. We are, ALL, still are connected to OUR electric company for every day use. So when there prices go up so do ours. There is also a cap to the savings.
I was told that I would save 92% on my bill. I even called our salesman to make sure I remembered the right %. And without telling him what I thought it was, he gave me the same number. So, we did not restrict how much air conditioning we used, and still got a $350 bill for several months this summer.
Yes the rest of the months bills are less, but we paid $47,000 on our 3,000 sf house and only half of it is finished. We wanted to purchase as much as we needed to get small bills,
because I got an inheritance and am retiring.

So it is sort of a prepayment in my eyes because I have the money now and won't in the future. So I went to Auric main office to find out what's going on, they were able to show me the math equation for how my bill for the over $300 came about. Which was right but I was not getting my 92% savings.
So I paid a lawyer $500 to work with Auric for us. They did a great job and outlined all the promises made to us but Auric would not help in ANY way. They just said we used too much power.
We also had a lot of the solar that didn't even work right, which Auric told ME,
But we're only promised a $75 refund months ago.

And have still not received. I guess I gave Auric 5 stars the first month I had it, but if this website will let me I am changing it to one star.

Also, the salesman told me that my more expensive all black panels were more efficient than the panels with silver around them. When we went to the main office to find out about our high electric bills. I was told they are not better.

Also I can't get a tax credit because I have too many medical bills that gets back our tax
Bottom line, we all only do this to save money After paying $47,000 and 38 panels, which is much more than any other house I have seen I don't think I will break even.
