We have had the panels on our roof for over 6 months now and they are still not hooked up completely and are not working. I feel as though we are getting the run around. Every time we follow up with them for an update we just get put off with something they are waiting for, an inspection, the town. The process started off good, but since the panels have been on the house the only ones benefiting are the birds using them as their home. I wish we never did this!!
