The process was pretty painless. I had to have my current system replaced because of defective panels. Pacificsky was responsive and quick to respond to my request. The price they quoted was significantly lower than the other estimate I received. Two other companies never respond to my request. <br /> They however had some trouble coordinating and I got confusing messages confirming than not confirming my appointment. It was has been about a month and time will be the final determination of effectiveness of the panels. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and service I received.
