Installation of panels was done Professionally and in a good timely manner. The Customer support when dealing with repairs or relocation is terrible. I have waited over weeks to get a quote/scheduled date for relocation of panels to my new house. I call everyday regarding my quote and get the same response (specialist is in a meeting). Nobody has stepped up or taken accountability in this situation. I just get passed off to the next Tech Line Operator. Still have no answers and my escrow closes next month...not to mention it is a 3,000 bill for relocation
