I can only comment about conversations with the local Vivint rep in Bucks County, PA. Rep stopped at house. he explained the basic idea of how they worked...very basic...not too much detail.<br />I scheduled a home review by their people to see if my house would qualify because of construction and location. I then researched and read many reviews. I emailed back and canceled based on all the bad reviews. I ran into the rep on my block a few days later. He asked why I canceled and I told him about the bad reviews. he had a quick answer. I decided to give then another try. Rep had previously taken a picture of my electric bill to take for the office. I assumed this would only be seen by Vivint staff. I talked to a neighbor a few days later. My neighbor told me that the rep stopped at his house and showed my neighbor a copy of my electric bill....What..this is my private document. I canceled my next step and I suggest you run if Vivint comes calling
