Brandon Mezzanatto was our sales rep and came into our home after we had had two previous solar companies talk to us and we were about ready to purchase another system. Brandon showed us how we could save significant money with SolarMax and still get a great system for our needs. We particularly appreciated that he spent the time to answer all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. Within a week of signing the contract the process of inspection through turning on the system was very timely! We believe that Brandon's efforts got our system installed quickly! Our contact was with Brandon (not sure who our project manager was) primarily and he always quickly got back to us. The workers seemed professional as various parts of the install took place. Our only complaint was that our system was turned on June 30 and we did not get the technician to install the monitoring system until 2 months later. Despite our calls to get this part completed that part didn't happen in a timely manner. Thank you. Brandon!
