I had my solar panels installed in October of 2015. The sales person who contacted me was very helpful and answered most of my questions about the solar panels. Semper Solaris is a good company but I had several problems with the installation of the panels (delayed installation and the installers had to come back a few times before everything was completed) and they had to replace the inverter because the one they installed kept giving me problems. It stopped working several times and of course that affected my production and messed up my PG&E usage. The technicians came back to check what was going on and finally decided to replace the inverter. It was frustrating because I did not expect to have those problems after they completed the installation. I still had problems with it until December of 2015 (2 months after the installation). I had a few more problems after that and called technical support at least 3 or 4 times since the start of this year (2016). I really hope I won't have any more issues with it.
