I received 3 different bids on my solar project. Black Platinum was the 3rd and final company. A friend referred me to Black Platinum. John at Black Platinum was excellent to work with. He explained many different aspects of solar and how he would design and complete the project. John was the only person who said he could (and did) design a system that would provide all of our electric needs. Other companies said they could not put enough panels on our roof to produce all of our electric needs. From the first call the experience working with Black Platinum and John Black was excellent. John is the owner of the company and truly cares about providing excellent customer service. John's team was great to work with and informed us along the way of all aspects of the project and they delivered on time and with no surprises. The project was painless for us from start to finish - John handled all permitting and inspections with APS and the City. I would highly recommend (and already have recommended them to friends of mine) Black Platinum to anyone thinking of doing solar.
