I had to go thru many companies {including the big ones} before I found Semper Solar.<br /><br /> Quite frankly I was getting annoyed. Finally this company took the time to explain what was going on at every level.. We fought PG&E {which takes time to get there permission, yes permission to install} got permits and plans. They use only the newest units not old ones that are considered new because they have never been installed.<br /><br />My unit was up and running in just weeks. I have never had any problems with this unit or the company with all promised follow ups. <br /><br />Still waiting for my true-up {once a year} to see the final outcome, but I don't think I will owe them any electric bill and I have been paying my gas bill each month.<br /><br />These people from salesman, installers and service have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with.<br /><br />I hope you will find the same result.

If you speak to multiple companies then this one you will see the difference. Good hunting
