Great, until it was damaged...

We had a decent experience in initial installation and reliable output from the system. A month ago, it stopped working. It took a week to get a technician out to assess the situation. We were told we'd be called to schedule repair. After not hearing anything for a week, contacted Customer Support. Again, we were told a scheduler would call. Over another week has passed and nothing. <br /><br />My advice is before choosing a provider, make sure you read the contract details for responsiveness to issues - do they guarantee fixing the system in a timely manner? What are their reviews for repairs?
