Used car salesmen. After my purchase I was told I would have to pay $250 more for panel monitoring. They will not tell you about all the options you have to purchase a solar system but only what they want to sell to you. I already made the purchase so I am screwed. If I had to do this all over again I would go with another company. Stay away from these people.
