I had a problem with an installation done when Astrum was acquired by Direct Solar. The newly installed shingles were damaged, perhaps by installation on a very hot day. I have been trying to get the damages repaired since May, 2016 and have yet to have a call by the Local Service Manager or any meaningful evidence of an attempt to fix my roof. My insurer and roofer both say the roof needs to be re-done, and I cannot get any satisfaction (or even communication) from Direct Energy Solar.
