Matt provided a comprehensive review of our solar needs as well as a comparison of their panels to the competition, what the savings we would expect each month, as well as financing that would make it affordable. Robert has been very responsive, setting up the monitoring keeping on top of Duke/Progress, etc. The installers worked around the rain on a rainy week. They called us to let us know when they were coming late to avoid the rain, etc. Great communication from the entire team.
