Case closed

My solar panel installer went out of business 3 years ago and now I am having trouble viewing my panels on line and the installer did not tell me that the monitoring would stop, so I tried to contact Enphase to find out what was wrong.No response from them after repeated emails to them. Then after the last email I got a response of Case Closed and no answer to any of my questions. I guess I will contact other installers to find out who they use for monitoring their panels. At this point I do not know which panels are working and which ones are not. Never again!
