The installers did a great job. We have a tile roof and they were very careful and replaced any tiles that were broken or destroyed during the install. The whole process was great. The city approved the install and we were promptly connected to the SCE grid in late March 2016. It all worked fine until a month or so later when the system stopped producing. That was in April. May and June. I finally noticed that my SCE bill was accumulating too much and I called. They went to the house and replaced some part. The system produced as expected in August and 1/2 of September. It seems to be down again now. We do not live in the desert in the summer so we have no way of knowing what is going on. Apparently Solar Edge has distributors who sign up installers. So far no one seems to want to be responsible for fixing things. I am still trying to find a solution and will update as I go along.
