September billing statement

I have made five telephone calls to Solar City's customer service department over the past week. <br /> I did not receive my current billing statement in the mail from solar city, I have requested from Solar City my current statement to be emailed to me.I cannot seem to get my billing statement email to me. On my fifth call I requested to speak to a supervisor. Wow, this is what the supervisor told me " The request for the email has been submitted to our billing department and you'll get the email when when our billing department get to it ". I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said sorry there is no one else available. To be honest the conversation went downhill from that point. <br />The different customer service representatives that I have talk to in regards to this matter have been pleasant to work with. It appears that the problem is with their billing department and customer service supervisors. It is so sad to get that kind of response from Solar City's management.
