These guys were nice enough to send me a good quote and they were very responsive in the first 2 weeks. After I signed up (which was in May), now in September the system is still not fully installed. Their customer service is non-existent. Every time I talked to a different person who apologizes and pretends they will take care of everything and never hear from them again. Promises after promises, miss-appointments, delays, wrong amount of panels installed, took another 2 months to add the additional 4 panels promised. No return phone calls or emails, left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing AT ALL. <br />If I knew that I'll be going through so much to just have them deliver on what THEY proposed I would HAVE NOT chosen them. Stay away, not recommended!
