Everything was great up until the time the installation was completed. That's when the problems started. Had a problem that needed to be looked at after the installation, <br />waited three weeks for a technician to come out and take a look at it and it was a simple fix I could've done myself. Then I got my first bill I thought it was rather high. I have now had four bills and all of them are higher than they would've been if I had of stayed with So Ca Edison. Customer service is terrible unless you have hours to spend waiting on the phone to speak to someone.
