Terrible Customer Service

Solar City has gotten so large that they are impossible to deal with. No one can answer a direct question, help out, or offer solutions. They wind up transferring you from one department to another where a manager eventually gets on the line. They will be sickly positive and upbeat, but also can not do anything. They'll explain that the billing is now in 2 different cities and there are many customer service people who haven't been properly trained. <br /><br />We were so frustrated that they were hoping to make us happier. The manager in charge couldn't do anything. She'd email us every couple of months saying that she was still going through the appropriate channels. Really? Eventually they offered us a restaurant.com gift card which we told her we couldn't even use. We live in a relatively small town where very few restaurants even honor it. <br /><br />We are now trying to view our 2 separate jobs (the first one they put on our house was not large enough, you can not add more, you wind up with 2 separate jobs, 2 separate bills) on line on mysolarcity.com. This is proving to be almost impossible too. You'd think they could like them right? <br /><br />I could go on and on. This is a company who needs to get it together.
