THE WORST Customer Service you can imagine - product is fine

Sales rep and install were fine. The horror starts when you have to contact them for any reason. I call and sit on hold forever, when I do finally get to talk to an actual person and set up a service call (3 hours window, a week from my call date) the person DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP! Are you kidding me?! I even called when it was close to the arrival window end time and they said the rep was in traffic, on his way and would be there soon. So, silly me, I waited another hour and a half... HE DID NOT CALL AND DID NOT SHOW. Pathetic. I called the next day and said what's up - why did your rep blow us off... they said, yes I see he couldn't make it, let's reschedule, I said tisk tisk, fool me once.... cancelled the same day. NEVER AGAIN VIVENT!
